Welcome to Alternative Education at SJ Burnside Education Centre.  Our Alternative Education school serves students who would benefit from an alternative learning environment. SJ Burnside Alternative serves students 13-18 years of age, and offers grades 9, 10,11 and 12 curriculum. Classes in Alternative Education are in a structured, yet flexible small group environment.  Our Youth and Family Counselors play an integral role in our supportive environment.
